all about Saffron - the queen of spices
Saffron adds flavour and aroma to your food. It also improves your mood and adds spark to your love life.
I did some research on saffron spice and put together a tidy little guide about this amazing spice. I didn't know saffron was so good for me. Sure it adds color to plain steamed rice, sholehzard, bbq chicken and a bunch of other Persian dishes, but wow, now I understand why Iranians use saffron in their food.
It's good for your eyes, skin, liver, blood circulation and it treats depression, low libido and host of other things.
